Title: 100 Housing Units at Mardoom

Description:
Construction of 100 housing units at Mardoom (55 Km to the north of Baniwalid and 230 Km East of Tripoli). The project comprised of 50 two-storey building blocks. Each apartment 140 m2 covered area contains 3 bedrooms, lounge, living room, kitchen, bathroom, WC, balcony .. etc. Each apartment has a private courtyard, garage and underground water tank. Each block of two apartments is surrounded by wall fence with separate entrances for each apartment.
Progress:
- Site preparatio: Fencing, clearing, earthmoving in progress (70%)
- PMobilization: preparation of accommodation camp, stores and project office (90%)
- rocurement of materials: 200 tonsof steel
Setting of buildings on site and starting excavaction works for foundation will be commenced in the following days
